1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are considered confirmed once payment has been received in accordance with the applicable terms.
- Payments can be made via the available methods on the checkout page, such as bank transfer or PayPal.
- Package prices are subject to change at any time before the booking is confirmed, depending on availability and policies of the service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
2. Booking Confirmation
- Once payment is received, we will send a confirmation email containing your travel details and proof of booking.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided (name, contact, travel dates, etc.) is correct and matches official documents.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made by customers less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure will be subject to an administrative fee of 20% of the total payment.
- If Fortuna Ventis cancels the trip due to operational issues or force majeure, the customer is entitled to a full refund or rescheduling of the trip.
4. Schedule Changes and Travel Conditions
- Fortuna Ventis reserves the right to modify travel schedules, routes, or service providers without prior notice if necessary for customer safety or convenience.
- Changes may occur due to weather conditions, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must comply with all travel rules, local regulations, and instructions from the tour leader or service providers during the trip.
- Fortuna Ventis is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, transportation delays, or any losses arising from the customer’s own negligence.
6. Travel Documents
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents such as passports, visas, tickets, and vaccination certificates (if required) are valid and complete.
- Fortuna Ventis will not be liable for any loss resulting from failure to comply with these requirements.
7. Force Majeure
- Fortuna Ventis shall not be held liable for cancellations or schedule changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, epidemics, government regulations, or transportation disruptions.
8. Privacy Policy
- Customer personal data will only be used for booking processing and communication related to our services.
- We will not share personal data with third parties without the customer’s consent, except when required by law.
